Garrett Dennison

Garrett Dennison is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt training out of B-Team Jiu-Jitsu in Austin, Texas, one of the most recognized teams in the sport. He began his jiu-jitsu journey in 2016 at Vortex Martial Arts in Bloomington, Indiana, under coach Mick Williams, where he advanced from white belt to purple belt.

In 2022, Garrett relocated to Austin to further his training at B-Team, a world-class academy known for producing elite grapplers. His dedication and consistency earned him the rank of brown belt in January 2025.

With nearly a decade of experience on the mats, Garrett combines technical knowledge with a passion for teaching and sharing the art of jiu-jitsu. Whether training for competition or helping students improve their skills, he brings energy, patience, and a deep respect for the sport.
